Question : I was struck by sofa at home and got injured on the feet thumb joint. It is getting blue in color and a little swelling with lot of pain. Do you suggest visiting a doctor or Any home remedy is available.

I have gone through your query and attached photo and health concern in detail,as you have severe pain so there is possibility of fracture or dislocation .So get a x-ray done and consult doctor. Till than you can take aceclofenac and paracetamol combination for pain ,elevation of foot,ice sponging and compression will help you.
