Question : i developed a boil on my bikini area and it started to drain, now i have another boil coming in the same area. Should I worry?

I'd suggest you take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week. Oral antibiotics are prescription medications. In addition, I suggest you use a topical antibiotic e.g Mupirocin ointment or Neosporin ointment, twice daily for a few days.
