Question : after having a stroke,I did physical therapyiwas using a clay ball squeezing it to keep up strength in my arms continuously squeezed ball very intensely! I had a pop in my neck and there was swelling in my neck, I have terrible pain there, this was 3 years ago! I have massaged the swelling down but still have pain just below my ear on right side
