Brief Answer:
No need for treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
You should not worry about lipoma.
Most lipomas don't need treatment.
You can treat the lipoma that is bothering you, by removing it surgically.
Another possible treatment is liposuction which can be done by your general physician.
Hope my answer was helpful.

Thanks, Doctor.
And what about the discomfort in the lower part of the heart?
What kind of scan you'd suggest. And in any way will it be related to my medical history which is rheumatic fever and having ASO titer more than 200 now.
