Should I Worry By My Report GGT Values Are Higher Than Normal

Question : Hi doctor ,

I will drink alcohol one day in every week past 2 years and I have a habit of drinking alcohol for past 10 years. Every year I will do ultra sound scan and LFT and CREATINE test by myself and always result will be normal . Today I took LFT test and result was normal except GGT in Liver Function Test my result is
Total bilirubin - 0.6
SGOT-20
SGPT-32
ALP-69
GGT-67
Protein 7.0
Albumin 4.7

Only GGT values are higher than normal. Is this value is more high? Should o worry by my report .and my liver is healthy or damaged . Please guide me sir?

Slight deranged liver function, but you just stop alcohol.

Hi sir ,

Thanks for your reply . I will stop alcohol for 2 months and after it becomes normal can I consume for occasionally means when I go to tour and can I take 2 months once . Or I need to fully stop?
