Both around 15-20 min before breakfast.

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Usually doctors prescribe a combination of both Lesuride and Sompraz constituents commonly available as Pantocid-LS or Rabicip-LS. This combination should be taken 15-20 minutes before breakfast in the morning.
Even if you are taking both the drugs not as single Tablet, still you are supposed to take both of the drugs together 15-20 minutes before breakfast.
