Should Veltip Be Continued To Maintain M-spike Level Until The Next Doctor's Appointment When Diagnosed Wit Multiple Myeloma?

Question : My father was diagnosed multiple myeloma.....when diagnosed his m- spike was 4.....after five months of veltip 2mg and decmax 4 mg once in a week..one and half months back his m-spike reduced to 0.52.....we had to have his check up one and half month back but due to the unavailability of doctor we couldn't manage appointment yet.....so should we continue veltip till the next visit or should we discontinue till the next visit.....he is also having zoleget once in a month
