Brief Answer:
The average life expectancy of hearing aid is about 5 years.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

In my opinion , hearing aid technology changes rapidly, just like computers, and new technology has benefit. Some people may keep the same pair of hearing aids for 10 to 12 years, particularly if their hearing loss remains stable over time but the average life expectancy of hearing aid is about 5 years.

If hearing loss increasing progressively then change of hearing aid may required .
XXXXXXX 2HP digital hearing aid is usually recommended for Severe to Profound hearing loss . It is good hearing aid from Siemens .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
