Question : I miss my period in June and at like the 2nd of July it started but would start and stop a few days in between now after just 2 weeks my period started again

1 Exercising regularly to maintain a healthy weight and reduce stress
2. Following a healthful diet
So there is nothing worrying, wait for one to two period it will become regular, if not than consult local doctor for proper check up.
