Question : I have slight hypertension. I have bp machine at home and it hovers around 133 to 135 and bottom from 85 to 90. I checked every two days for last one year. I haven't taken any medication so far. Should I start using any medication or the levels are ok? Male 37 vegetarian software engineer

Normal BP is 120/80.

Anything more than 120/80 and less than 140/90 is considered high normal.
