I haven't taken any medication so far. Should I start using any medication or the levels are ok? Male 37 vegetarian software engineer
Brief Answer:
High Normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Normal BP is 120/80.
Anything more than 120/80 and less than 140/90 is considered high normal.
There may be no need for any medications for this reading but salt restriction would become essential now.
Also, weight reduction if you are over weight will help in reducing the BP.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
