Hello,
After reviewing the ECG image and considering the age of the patient along with history of hypertension it’s advisable to get an echo done for this patient, which if comes normal then a stress echo or TMT should be done to rule out any underlying coronary artery disease
There is a need for this because ECG is having a in lead II and AVF probably suggestive of old cardiac event.
