Should Asymptomatic Covid Positive Patients Be Tested For IL 6?

Question: Should asymptomatic Covid positive patients be tested for IL 6, ferritin at all , if the 1 day period since positive test has passed ? A doctor who my mother in law consults has written down a huge list of tests like IL 6, Ferritin, urea, N2 apart from CBC, FBS, Creatinine, CRP at about day 4 from test confirmation. Due to a misunderstanding over the phone, the patient thought it has to be done at 21 days.
My understanding is that the tests to monitor the cytokine storm for Covid patients is only if you are showing symptoms, and that too, it will be useless after 10 days, Please confirm if it is enough to do CBC, FBS, Creatinine, CRP and not all the other cytokine storm related tests.

Brief Answer:
For government setup it is enough.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Look, for government set up, where cost cutting is necessary, there cbc, crp and other basic tests are enough, if patient is asymptomatic.
But ideally IL6, D dimer, serum ferritin is advised because they are recommended tests for covid 19 monitoring.
But if patient is asymptomatic and maintaining spo2 more thang 95 percent at room air, then basic tests are enough.
But need repeated basic tests( cbc, crp, chest xray) every 3 daily. And spo2 monitoring 3 times daily.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
