                                    Brief Answer:
you must continue same dose
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr.Rajesh Teli , MD.
I have gone through your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
As per guideline it is recommended that one should continue same dose of medicine which gives you target control of BP.so don't reduce the dose.one may need to reduce the dose only if BP drops below 100/70.in my vast experience I have seen that 5 mg concor is reasonable dose that you must continue.
My best wishes

                                    Brief Answer:
yes it has mild side effects
Detailed Answer:
hello,
Basically no medicine we use is devoid of side effects. But it occurs in very small percentage of patients.Any drug is approved after passing through stingent safety standard in animal and then subsequently human studies.
Bisoprolol has mild side effects like light headedness, fatigue and tiredness.
It may produce low blood pressure sometimes. It also slows down heart rate which is infact beneficial.other side effects are very uncommon.
If you have some specific complaints then you should discuss with your treating doctor and you may discuss with me as well,But please continue it in same dose.
My best wishes
