Should I Be Concerned About Internal Pain In Knees After An Injury?

default
Posted on Tue, 1 Apr 2014
Question: I recently injured my left leg knee & got some pain in the bones. There has been limited bleeding, however, the internal pain is severe. I got injured the last week, however, did not really go to any doctor due to time crunch. Just put some Iodex on the effected area. Please suggest the medicines i can take or it's necessary to visit an X ray lab?

Brief Answer: please get an x-ray done Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX I would suggest you to please get an x-ray of the left knee done at the earliest to rule out any hair line cracks or fracture. Do not ignore or neglect it. Meanwhile, I prescribe my patients Tablet Zerodol MR twice daily after food, for effective pain relief. You can try this too. Apply ice packs locally every few hours to feel better. Rest your legs as much as possible, do not strain them more. Get well soon.
Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
