Brief Answer:
day 16 of cycle.

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
PCOS is a hormonal disorder which affects menstruation at all levels and thus responsible for menstrual irregularities particularly delayed periods.
Sysron N is given from day 16 of the cycle (first day of menstruation is the day 1 of cycle).
It is to be taken for ten days and after you will stop them periods will commence in 2-7 days.
Do it for 3 cycles and then visit your gynecologist.
Wish you the best of health.
Take care.
