Question : My 2 yr son is growing pretty well. What would be good additive to milk for him ? And he still used to take breast milk ? should it be stopped ?

Dear Mr XXXXXXXX

Breast milk is to be given till 1 1/2 years of age. As the child is 2 years old breast feeding should be discontinued.

If the child is accepting milk as it is then there is no need to use any additives to milk.
Sometimes to make milk palatable for baby additives can be used

1. Natural additives : Badam powder , kesar, oats can be used

2. Commercial preparation : Like Junior Horlicks can be used
