Question : Hello doctor, can you please review the attached medical report and advice if any precaution/supplements to be taken.
My bilirubin levels you will find slightly higher since I was told a few years ago that its due to Dublin syndrome.
I have been taking B12 supplements since I was diagnosed with low b12 and Vitamin D when I did my annual check around Jan'2022.

Should i stop taking B12 and Vitamin D now, since the levels are on the higher side now? Please advise

Brief Answer:
Stop taking the supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I already have reviewed the attached report.
Vitamin D and B12 level are higher than normal range.
In such a case, I recommend to stop taking vitamin B12 and vitamin D supplements.
I also recommend to avoid food rich in vitamin b12 such liver, clams, fortified breakfast cereals, trout, salmon or beef.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!

Thanks for reviewing my report Doctor, I really appreciate your time and the advice.
I am vegetarian and don't even take milk but butter milk and paneer at times. I will stop B12 now as you suggested.

Does whey protien also likely to have some amount of B12 since it a dairy product at the end?

thanks,
