Brief Answer:
Possible Tendinoarthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

As per your symptoms, the possibility of a shoulder joint pathology is high.

Common causes include arthritis, an occult fracture or an inflammation of a tendon.

It's advisable to get an X-ray or an MRI of the shoulder to determine further course of action.

Meanwhile, I'd prescribe oral analgesic medications like Diclofenac Sodium 75mg twice daily to my patients with such symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to improve your health condition.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you
