Brief Answer:
Vitamin d difficiency

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your CK level is high which could indicate cardiac dysfunction which can be excluded by ECG and echocardiogram. If excluded then it might be elevated due to myositis which also could be the cause of high ESR level. This requires an anti inflammatory medication as Diclofenac once daily for one week. Also, your vitamin D level is low and requires vitamin D3 supplements 1500-2000 IU for one month and follow up on your vitamin d level.

Brief Answer:
Muscle damage

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since cardiac abnormalities have been excluded then I would recommend that you get a physical examination to pinpoint the areas of muscular weakness. This should be followed by a nerve conduction, electomyogram and muscle biopsy to exclude muscular dystrophies as the high class level suggests that your muscular mass is being lost in a manner that is exceeding the normal one.
