Question : I am a 60 year old healthy caucasian male. I recently had a sinus procedure (turbinate ablation/reduction) - a week ago - and have been healing from that. Today I started having nausea, aching in my wrists, knees, shoulders and elbows, and dizziness. Not sure if It related to this or potentially something I ate at a diner this morning. Never felt so bad

                                    Brief Answer:
Multiple possible causes to consider
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern. While I do not think your current state is related to the surgery, the present symptoms could be related to a medication side effect, so if you are taking any after the surgery please name them so I can get a better idea.
Alternatively, it could be stomach flu or food poisioning. In such case, plenty of fluids such as broths and clear soda should make you feel better.
If this situation continues without any improvement in the next few hours I recommend you see a doctor for an in person examination.
Please do let me know if you are taking any medications at all.
Take care.
