Brief Answer:
Within normal range.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Results of the CA 125 test are measured in units per milliliter (U/mL). The normal value is less than 46 U/mL. Your CA 125 levels are within normal range. These can be raised in benign conditions like endometriosis and chocolate cysts also.

There is no need to worry. You only need to monitor these levels every 4 months and in case the levels are increasing then consider going for endometrial biopsy or biopsy of the ovarian cyst.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.

My doctor has also asked me to try and get pregnant as soon as possible. Does endometriosis cause a problem in conceiving? Is there any particular diet I have to follow to reduce effect of chocolate cysts and get pregnant? Please advice

Brief Answer:
Can cause difficulty in conception.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Endometriosis and chocolate cysts cause scarring and a difficulty in conception. Dietary changes cannot help to reduce the effect of endometriosis.

If you are having regular periods then it is best to try to conceive as soon as possible. Do have intercourse at least every alternate day during the fertile period (Day 11-18) of your cycle.

Hope my answer is helpful.
