Pain should be less when the Contusion is shrinking.
It will become painful when the nerve endings are exposed as that in Superficial burns.Deep burns are less painful.
As the pain is increasing with movement, you should take Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside with Anti inflammatory tablet. I prefer an Antibiotic like Cefuroxime tablet to prevent infection.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
