Question : I just got blood test back for testosterone my free was 47.1 and total 306 my doctor says its in range I feel its low looking for outsiders opinion

Hello,

Normal testosterone levels for men are 270-1030 and as you may know after the thirties the level declines with 1%.

The level you reported may be considered at the lower limit for your age (as usually, we find it at 500-600) and if the other value you reported is bioavailable testosterone, it is considered low as usually, it is over 50.

So if you have symptoms of low testosterone, testosterone replacement therapy can be started.
You may discuss with your physician about the above-mentioned values.
