Question : Hi I am lactating mother and I am 46 days pregnant , I used this mifty kit , after few hours of taking misoprostol little amount of blood with featal matter had appear.now there is no bleeding. Can I repeat misoprostol again?pls give me your opinion.

I can understand your concerns,

Mifty kit contains one mifepristone and four misoprostol.

These four tablets must be taken by you , no matter you started bleeding after 1-2tablets.

After four tablets there is no need to repeat misoprostol.

Please go for ultrasound pelvis to confirm complete abortion after 2weeks of taking tablet.

first get a ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
In your case after taking misoprostol,you expelled fetal matter.It means drug has worked.

But as you told that there was very minimal bleeding.there is possibility of incomplete abortion.

I will advise you that first kindly get a ultrasound to confirm it(retained products of conception in uterus).

If retained products are there,then you can take tablet misoprostol for three days(prescription drug) under your gynecologist supervision.
