Brief Answer:
You can go for level 2 ultrasound and NIPT test
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As your report says EIF in left ventricle which is a soft marker for down syndrome, you should go for further evaluation and management.
Get your NIPT test and second level ultrasound to rule out any congenital abnormalities in your baby.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information. Good luck.
