Question : My gf is taking deviry since 20 days and we had unprotected sex last nyt,is there any chances for her to get pregnant,or she can take contraceptive pill..her doctor has told her dat she myt hav her period in upcoming three four days..she is bit weak and 18 year old..can she take ipill or unwanted 72 along with deviry to get sure that she dont get pregnant

There is no need to take any other contraceptive and her gynecologist is right that she will get her periods after she will stop taking deviry. Deviry contains progesterone and thus will protect her from pregnancy as well. She can shift to a regular oral contraceptive after her periods after consulting her gynecologist. Mam,she took deviry yesterday in the morning nd it was her last dose of course of 21 days...and then at evening she had unprotected sex...still she not need to take any other contraceptive pill??
