Question : Hello Doctor...Since 3 weeks I am suffering from cold and cough...cough is not persistent but there is dry cough...no other symptoms like fever, body ache, etc...I get better whenever I take cetirizine but within 3-4 days of stopping the medicine I get cold again...Please help...

Thanks for posting your query. It looks like an allergic cough.
You can take the following medicines:
Tab. Montek LC 10 mg 0-0-1 for 10 days After food.
Tab. Sinarest SOS if there is runny nose.
Tab. Dolo 650mg SOS for fever, pain or uneasiness.
Tab, Limcee once daily for 30 days After food.
Steam inhalation for 20 minutes twice daily.
Warm water salt gargle after meal.
