Question : since morning I feeling some fever and body pain, running nose, pl advice medicines

Hi Thanks for posting the query.
Kindly Take Tab. Hifenac P 1 tablet 2 times a day for 3 days and Tab. Allercet DC 1 tablet 2 times a day for 3 days. Have steam inhalation and salt water gargling. If symptoms persists for more than 3 days kindly consult physician in person and get COVID rtpcr test, CBC, Dnegue profile and WIDAL investigations done.

Hi If it is only mild cold and fever no antibiotics is needed. If any symptoms increases or no relief is seen with in 3-4 days of taking above medication then you can go for the antibiotics.

Body pain is subsidised to some extent, but no relief from fever, it comes and goes , i feeling some cough, white fluids coming out from throat. Pl advice medicine or should I go to doctor

Hi if fever is been there continuously since 4 days kindly get the following investigations done COVID rtpcr, WIDAL, Dengue profile, CBC and consult doctor in person and get physically examined. You can start on Tab. Azi 500mg once a day.
