Question : Sir, How to energize your brain when it is replenishing its energy levels in certain environments or situations. Do you suggest any relaxation techniques to stop working or decrease brains activity when energy levels are decreasing. What kid of food do you suggest to maintain optimal levels of brain function and to Strengthen it.
