Sir I Am Suffering From Testicular Pain For Last Some

Question: Sir I am suffering from testicular pain for last some days. It is only on left testis. I have observed small lump like structure in side the left testis almost 10 yes ago. At that time I had visited a MD physician and after preliminary examination he ruled out any problem. After that sometimes the pain comes and goes. And the lump inside the testis is moving and that is not grown as much. But for the past few days I have some pain in the testis. So what to do sir

And the pain sometimes radiates to thigh also
Brief Answer:
Consult Qualified Urologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted the XXXXXXX lump since last 10 years associated with pain occasionally in left testicle that you have could be mostly due to what is called as Spermatocele and needs to be confirmed
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis .
1) Routine blood test like Hemogram
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
3) Color Doppler study of Scrotum.
Spermatocele are benign cysts and does not require treatment unless they increase in size suddenly or get infected .
Taking pain killer as and when required resolves the issue .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
