Question : Sir/Madam,
I always take extra care in Personal hygiene. But surprisingly of late I have been suffering from severe itching in Groin and around areas. Initially I thought it may be fungal infection and applied absorb powder but till now it's there. After office in the evening time I take bath again and change my clothes always even then this problem is there. Kindly suggest

I don't think there is rash. But whenever I apply clotrimazole cream I get relief and whole day I don't have any problem. But evening time when I reach home I have to take bath again else it starts itching. It has been continuing since last 3 weeks.

Fungal infection, antihistaminic & oral anti fungal

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it could be a fungal infection.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet fexofenadine 180 mg once daily along with anti fungal like tablet terbinafine 250 mg twice daily for 3 weeks.
This should resolve your complaints.
Meanwhile you can continue with clotrimazole cream.
