You have four issues.
1. Small hemangioma of liver which does not require any treatment.
2. Tiny gallbladder polyps which do not require any treatment. Regular follow up to be done.
3. Enlarged prostate with significant residual urine which needs further testing with uroflowmetry and follow up with Urologist.
4. Large right sided Hydrocele- To be treated by surgery.

Is any medication needs to be taken. Please let us know the medicine also as we are in a remote place where there is no doctor facility.

                                    The Pain is generally at Night and heaviness in the stomach after meals.
Yesterday again it started and I took Pudina XXXXXXX & got relief.
