Brief Answer:
Your HSG report indicate bilateral fallopian tube blockage. Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and below is my advise.

In HSG (hysterosalpingiography) report, if both fallopian tube patent means open than free peritoneal spillage seen because fallopian tube open in peritoneum.

In your mentioned history, there is no spillage in peritoneal cavity, so chance of tubal blockage by adhesion or fibrosis.

For that laproscopic adhesiolysis can be done to open tube.
It's difficult to conceive in such situation.
If after opening tube conception not occured than in vitro fertilization IVF procedure is the left treatment option.

You can discuss all these with your treating gynecologist or infertility specialist gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service' again.
I have reviewed your query and here is my further advise.

Fallopian tube blackage occurs by fibrotic adhesion. So it cannot be removed by tablet.

Some form of surgical intervention needed for that.

I suggest you consult nearby good gynecologist or infertility specialist for your further management.

The cost varies according to the hospital you choose.
In government hospital the cost might be very less as compared to private hospital.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards
