Question : Sir my daughter is 1 month old and she is taking breathe with voices like some cold in her chests...please suggest medication...due to whether change might be she is having this kind of problem.please suggest medicines?

Thanks for your query.

I would recommend not to use any medication for a 1 month old baby.

Noisy breathing is usual in infants due to secretions in the oral cavity or pharynx. Giving medications may help the baby with breathing but can result in unwanted side effects.

Try medications only if the baby is running fever.
