Brief Answer:
Try saline nasal spray...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Noisy breathing at this age is more likely due to blocked nose. Since there are no other significant symptoms (no fever, breathing difficulty, rapid breathing) and the child is feeding well and active, I don't see any reasons to be concerned.
I suggest trying saline nasal drops (Nasoclear or nasomist) 1 drops into each nose for every 2 hours and see if the problem gets better.
You should also monitor the symptoms and if the child develops any of the aforementioned symptoms, visit a doctor for clinical examination.
