I will not categorize the mood disorder as depression because you do not have such symptoms. Therefore there is no need to be anxious.
The question here is, you were carrying the problems for 19 years and you did not get any therapy sessions for those. In the meantime I am also happy that "You were able to handle the issues for 19 years". That is the limelight I am seeing in this.

And I have lived almost three years in XXXXXXX without a single episode. Some problems occured during her engagement and marriage time and that was quite natural also. And the second phase started just one week before my marriage and lasted for two months with ups and downs and that's also vanished by it's own. And the current phase started in 2015 and my first dp/dr also experienced in 2015 only. And one thing I felt that from 2015 most of the episodes started when I came back from XXXXXXX to XXXXXXX Because in XXXXXXX all are there and suddenly shifting from there to here in small govt quarters with my nuclear family, I think my mind is not adjusting with that.

Because Anxiety disorder and mood swings are not considered psychiatric conditions, there is no need to divulge that "I am suffering" to anyone. That is OK. Your wife is co-operative. She reacts only when she is also agitated. Don't worry. I will talk to her regarding this when you come home next time.
Regarding medicines: Medicines can be taken on SOS basis. Whenever you feel the anxiety is more. But usually medicines may not give instant relief. It will take around 30 minutes to act on anxiety. In that sense, it will not help you unless you take it regularly.
