Brief Answer:
Akute kidney injury
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Condition looks like acute kidney injury with septicemia.
Why I am saying acute kidney injury, because creatinin level is increasing on a short period of time.
Second thing, why septicemia, because increased white blood cell count and as neutrophil count is high it seems bacterial infection means septicemia, leading to acute kidney injury.
But if you want to confirm hundred percent, that whether it is a case of acute kidney injury or chronic kidney damage, you need to go for ultrasound abdomen, to look for renal size.
If renal size is small, means it is chronic kidney disease and if renal size is not small, means it is acute kidney injury.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
