You have mentioned the patient was treated for liver abscess 7 years ago. Though radiological resolution of abscess cavity may take many months to even years, I suggest a contrast CT scan of the abdomen may be done for evaluation of the cystic lesion seen in the right lobe of liver for assessing the prognosis, complications and further course of treatment.
