Skin Rash On My Penile Head

Question: I have a skin rash on my penile head. It started 3-4 weeks ago. The amount of skin area hasn't changed since then and the rush intensity hasn't changed either.
I would like to add that don't have any pain, itching, or any other type of discomfort. I haven't had sex with anyone other than my wife.

More info: I do suffer from herpes outbreaks showing up every few months on my lips. 3-4 weeks ago I had one outbreak on my lips. I am pretty sure I have seen herpes on my genital area too, but I thought this penile rash looked different this time.

Based on the facts and photographs that you have posted you seem to have infection of Glans Penis (Balanitis.

Start taking antibiotics like Doxycycline twice daily along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily

Wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Do not use any chemical or soap.

Wash your inner wares in boiling hot water mixed with antiseptic solution like Detol .

Avoid sex till it gets cured completely.

This will work for you.
