Brief Answer:
Kindly upload images

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and noted your concern.

Cummulative sun exposure is the underlying factor for photoageing/ age spots to appear. I suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day. I also request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you better.

Hope to assist you further once I get the images.

Brief Answer:
Practice photoprotection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have viewed the images.
The spots are mostly freckles and solar lentigines. They are benign. I advise you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day. Use full sleeved clothes, hat and umbrella whenever outdoors. Avoid going outdoors during the time of maximum sun I.e 10AM to 3 PM. Take care.
Let me know if you need any more assistance.
