                                    Brief Answer:
Please give additional information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Age and gender please.
Any small wound, boil or so in the private part area?
Any pain or tenderness in the bump?
Please check for yourself and tell me the findings: put a flat of fingers/palm on the lump> cough hard > see if it enlarges?
Can you reduce it or remains same on pressure?
Since when has this appeared?
What is the size?
Is it XXXXXXX or fixed?
Any other details please.
You may put a marker on the bump in the photo as indicator.
Awaiting for your feedback, please give answers to all my queries.

Small skin coloured fleshy bump on knicker line.
No pain, no itching.
I put a vinegar solution on and it did not turn white however the surrounding skin got burned.
No change when Coughing
Has been there a few weeks
It’s very small, I have attached a photo of the burn, it is in the centre of that.
It is fixed in place, attached to skin.

                                    Brief Answer:
Looks to be a small cyst, no active treatment needed
Detailed Answer:
Noted the feedback, seen the fresh images showing the burnt skin and understood the cause of it.
Very small lump that is attached to the skin for a few weeks without any symptoms can be a small cyst.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Wait and watch for the healing of the burnt skin and the very small lump.
If the lump is not growing and is not causing any symptoms, there is no specific treatment that is needed at the moment.
Let the skin heal, do not apply anything locally at the moment.
I hope this answers your query and helps you.
Please post fresh photos and give feedback about the progress after a few days.
