Brief Answer:
Seems like angular cheilitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and I see the picture you attached . The corners of the lips has small pimples and cracks.
It seems like angular cheilitis. It may be caused by dehydration wich cause the cracks and inflammation.
Drooling during sleep may be a cause of it and of feeling dehydrated and having mild throat pain.
A fungal infection of the mouth may also be a cause.
Also I can recommend you to test glucose levels and HbA1c to check for diabetes which may be the cause of dehydration.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
