Question : Hello doctor,
I found lot of small red dotted rashes on my skin with itching from lost 1 week, kindly suggest me some medications ASAP.

Hello dear, itchy rashes on skin can be due to many reasons. Some of the common ones are..

pityriasis roseae
milliria (prickly heat)
Drug allergy
Fungal infections.

Just for instant relief you can use calamine lotion, and antihistamine like tab cetrizine. Nevertheless, you must XXXXXXX a dermatologist as knowing the exact cause is very important.
