Question : HI I have small white bumps all over my face ; forehead and cheeks. they won't go away and I have tried to exfoliate them with saylic acid and they won't disappear.

These are milia,( blocked sweat glands).
These need to be removed with a fine needle.
Please XXXXXXX a dermatologist or You can do it even by yourself.
Application of salicylic acid is not going to help you.
