                                    hi XXXXXXX
Well that was very crisp question.
I guess you are suffering form acidity dyspepsia.
Few thing that will help you,
1) Eat at regular time, maintain good time interval between meals
2) Avoid fasting for long
3) Dont eat too much at a time
4) avoid sleeping 2 hours after meals
5) Avoid excess coffee, aerated drinks.
6) regular exercise
7) sleep adequately
Can get basic test like CBC, ESR, TSH and endoscopy done if symptoms are persistant or worsening.
Can take an antacid on sos basis.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery..

thank you for the query,
smoking is a definite risk factor for gastric problems like reflux, peptic ulcer
Similarly alcohol can also aggravate reflux. You need to stop smoking and significantly cut down on alcohol if at all you are taking it.
Smoking in addition is a risk factor for multiple disease like heart attack, cerebro vascular accidents and various cancers.
Hope this answers your query.
