Question : So I just got a headache about 12 minutes after sexual activity mainly located at the temples and slightly behind the eyes. It feels like pressure and I can feel my pulse. Is that bad or should I just go to sleep?

Check your blood pressure if you can.
An increased blood pressure may cause the headache after sexual activity and feeling the pulse.
If the blood pressure is normal you can have any pain medications and go to sleep.
