Question : So I%E2%80%99ve been taking Levoflaxcin and I have been experincing neck pains all day. Should this be a concern for anything? I%E2%80%99m worried that it could be meningitis but I havent been experiencing any headaches.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Neck pain is not much likely to be caused by usage of levofloxacine.
Also there is no way that I can suspect meningitis only having neck pain.
Most common cause of neck pain is cervical spondyloarthrosis. Also from bad positioning neck for long hours like staying in sofa for long.
Taking acetaminophen for pain is advisable.
