Question : So I’m experiencing lower back pain, frequent urination, discomfort in the lymph nodes, and lower abdomen pain that feels a bit if relief once I urinate. Was hoping to get an opinion. I feel as though it’s my kidneys.

Brief Answer:
It could be a UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms and signs are likely suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI). Other possibility is stone disease like renal or ureteric stone.
As of now go for a urine culture and sensitivity to look for the presence of pathogen and to chose the appropriate antibiotics. An ultrasound abdomen and pelvis is also required.
Once the diagnosis of UTI, is confirmed you can start on antibiotics. Most cases respond well to antibiotics.
As of now drink plenty of water.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
