Question : So for about two months I’ve had neck and ear pain. I was a smoker and quit, haven’t smoked for two months. I’ve had 3 scopes with an ENT, CBC blood work, chest and head and nect cat scan and all were clear, no signs of tumors or masses. I still have the pain and I am getting an endoscopy this week. I have myself convinced because this pain won’t go away that this is hypophargneal cancer. I am stressed and I’ve read that stage 4 cancer eats your food/nutrition. I know I sound like a lunatic but I can’t shake this terrible feeling that this is advanced cancer. Help!!
Brief Answer:
Endoscopy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You have nothing to worry at the moment that all exams that you prescribed are normal.
I don’t believe that your symptoms are related to the cancer .There are other reasons which can give you those symptoms
I will suggest you to wait the endoscopy result for the right diagnosis in your case
Please keep me informed for your endoscopy results
Regards
