Question : So i have these red spots in the same areas , both my sides, my thighs , calves and my feet all of a sudden. Theyre not raised up and they do not itch ,burn, or any pain. I dont have fever or anything else abnormal , just very bright red spots all over. Not to sure if these are serious or not. I usually get red spots on my chest after i workout and they start to itch sometimes. But im not sweating when these other ones occur . i will link pictures.

Brief Answer:
Seems like sweating rash.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I see the photos you attached and it seems like sweating rash.
Doesn't seem much important.
Also another possibility can be allergy.
You can wash them well with soap and warm water, let them dry well. You can use calamine lotion on them.
You can also take any antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine just in case that can be with allergic origin.

Hope I have answered the question.
